Returns & withdrawal

You may cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Write to hello@edme.nl and we will confirm in writing.

After you notify us, you have a further fourteen days to send the edition back.

The edition may be opened and inspected, as you would in a shop. Items of a personal or hygienic nature that have been unsealed cannot be returned. Gift cards and digital items are excluded by law.

Return postage is yours. We refund the full order amount, including the original standard shipping, within fourteen days of receiving the edition back, using the payment method you used.

A quarterly subscription can be cancelled at any time before the next edition is dispatched. Editions already sent follow the terms above.

If an edition arrives damaged, send a photograph within seven days and we will replace it.
